SECTION 2 - HOW WE COLLECT & USE YOUR INFORMATION
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process we collect the personal data you give us, such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
If you make an order in person at our shop, or contact us by post, phone or email,
we collect the personal data you give us, such as your name, address and email address, to help deal with your request.
We keep such data as you have consented for us to collect (for example your name, address, email and phone number) until you tell us that you don't want us to any more (see Section 3 - Consent) so that we can use your details when you contact us again to help you make further orders more quickly and easily.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. To get your permission, we ask you to actively opt-in by ticking a box, and then confirm your sign-up by clicking through on the confirmation email.
SECTION 3 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
By providing us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you give us consent to collect that information and using it for that specific reason only. We use automated data processing to send you two emails reminding you to complete your checkout if you have already given us your email address but abandon your cart part-way through the checkout process. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like email marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent.
How do I withdraw my consent?

● Deletion (erasure) of your personal data
● Correction (rectification) of your data
● Access to your data
● An export of your data in a common (portable) format.
● To be removed from certain types of processing, e.g. direct marketing and decisions based solely on automated processing
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you also have the right to complain to supervisory authorities, such as the ICO in the UK.
SECTION 4 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 5 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall - please see Section 6 of this policy, “Security”, for further details.
European customers in particular should note that any personal data you give us relating to your order will be securely transmitted to Shopify's servers in the US and Canada as part of the order process, and by ordering with us you are consenting to this transfer of your data outside the EEA. Shopify is accredited under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which protects the fundamental rights of anyone in the EU whose personal data is transferred to the United States for commercial purposes. Data within Shopify is also protected under PIPEDA, Canada’s private sector privacy legislation, which is considered adequate under the GDPR.
If you do not consent to us sharing your data with Shopify, please do not make your order through the website but contact us directly to arrange an alternative method of completing your order.
SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us, such as payment processing or physical delivery of your order.
Payment: If you make a purchase with us, we use Sage Pay or Paypal to process your payment information.
Please remember that you may be located a different jurisdiction to us or our third-party service providers. This means that if you choose to go ahead with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider or its facilities are located. For example, if you are located in the United States of America and your transaction is processed by our payment gateway in the United Kingdom, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United Kingdom legislation. Equally, by using our website, you understand and consent to the fact your personal data will be securely transmitted to Shopify's servers in the US as part of the order process.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

here. Your card details are encrypted and sent from our host site, Shopify, to Sage Pay using the industry standard secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Both Shopify and Sage Pay are fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express to make online shopping safe, so you can be confident your payment details are completely secure. Shipping: If your order requires delivery, we will pass data such as your name, delivery address, telephone number, and email address to our shipping carrier for the sole purpose of fulfilling delivery of your order.
Mailchimp and Shopsync: We use their services to update our lists of customers who are willing to receive our email marketing, and make sure that no one who is not interested is not getting emails from us. They will not pass on or disclose your information, and you can see their privacy policies

SECTION 7 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost, misused, altered, destroyed, disclosed, or inappropriately accessed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is ever 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 8 - COOKIES
The cookies we use are small lines of data which our website stores on your computer. This lets your computer tell us things like what pages you are looking at and what is in your shopping trolley. When you enter our site, you will see a message at the bottom of the page telling you that we use cookies. You can choose to accept by simply carrying on using the website, or choose to decline by clicking the link which will redirect you to the Google homepage. If you want to keep browsing our website but block cookies, you can change your your browser settings to do so. Here are some examples of the cookies we use and their functions:
_session_id, unique token, sessional, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, lasts for 30 minutes from the last visit, used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, lasts for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional.
storefront_digest, unique token this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
PREF, lasts for a very short period, set by Google to track who visits the store and where they are visiting from.
SECTION 9 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older. If you are younger than 16, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order on your behalf instead.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it each time you use our website. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
