International Delivery
Customs, duties, and VAT charges: We do not cover customs charges, duties, or VAT for any orders shipped outside the UK. You may be charged by your customs authority at the prevailing rate for your country, either on delivery or when your order reaches your country. We regret that any items returned to us because of unpaid fees will not have the cost of shipping refunded.
EU Customers: Customs, taxes and duties charges may be applicable to your order - please check the customs legislation in your own country for details of how and when you must pay when you import goods.
Covid-19 Update: The times below represent our normal international delivery times, but please note some orders are taking significantly longer than usual to arrive. We process and dispatch orders very quickly, but any current delays en route are sadly out of our control. We send everything tracked where possible, so you can see the progress of your shipment through your tracking link.

Our custom services (personalised stationery, box files, and engraving) will naturally take a bit longer - information on how much time the customisation will add is available on the product page for that service.
