Amatruda Amalfi Paper

The Amalfi coast has been famous for its paper for years, and this is a truly exquisite example of the papermaker's art.

With deckled edges, this cotton-rag paper is handmade sheet by sheet at the Amatruda paper mill, which has been producing paper since the 14th century. Each sheet of paper bears the Cartiera Amatruda watermark as proof of its outstanding quality, and is a real joy to write on.
